Comes in original bracelet box, as shown, which is in very nice condition for age. I believe the guard chain might be a later addition but it, too, is marked . 925 (sterling silver) and is gold plated. The bracelet easily fits my 6. 25" wrist and would fit larger. I'll have to get interior measurement and add. Very good condition for age
