Offering depth and serious flavor that most pale pinks simply don't have. Strawberry fruited with a touch of Sangiovese spice, there's herbal scrub and a little grip that makes the mind wander to days spent in a Trattoria. Carbonara would be an obvious choice, but I reckon you could throw pretty much anything at this and it'd still hold its own. ABV: 12%
