Victorian Mourning Era Brooch | gucci 20 ctw Sapphires Clarity VS2/SI1Metal 15k Yellow Gold Weight 11. 07 gm This brooch is from the Victorian mourning era, and we best estimate it to have been made in the late 1860's. Please note that there has been some previous minor repair work to the bezel that is visible due to the age of the piece. The original satin cushion in the back of the brooch (that would have originally contained a lock of hair), is still in good condition but is slightly worn.
