Peru Finca Ecológica Caturra Natural ARCHIVED Maputo FarmThis natural Caturra comes from Gilmer Mejias Finca Ecolgica Agua Colorada in Huabal, Cajamarca, Peru. The 7 hectare farm is managed with organic practices, using compost and guano while avoiding herbicides, and all cherries are picked ripe by hand under shade trees. After harvest, the coffee is dried as a natural, allowing the fruit to influence the final profile. Its a straightforward expression of Gilmers approach to careful picking and simple
