In 2023, they lost most of the fruit and had to blend what was left. Thankfully, they managed to bottle it this year. Red apple skins on the nose with that classic Riesling lemon balm thing. The acid is incredible. Linear, sharp, wakes you up a bit. Absolutely incredible gear. ABV: 12%
