The painting is superb! In the Pre Raphaelite tradition, probably done mid 1800s. Very much in the style of Alma Tadema, or Rosetti, others of that movement. I would place it mid to later 1800s, and while I do not find a signature visible in aperture, it surely is done by an accomplished artist. I did not open
