Antique 18k Gold and Seed Pearl Georgian Mourning Brooch, Hair Plaiting turquoise which has been machined intoGeorgian mourning brooch, a rare form we just never find, elegant seed pearls set into 18k gold, a rock crystal cover 'glass', and you see a braid plaiting of hair still within. We have many many of these, made later, variations and different gold content, but this is one of my all time favorites, and earlier than most.
