Alpaca Yarn scarves March 27thWhat a pleasure to knit with and this mottled grey is stunning. Prior to having our alpaca fibre milled, we grade and class the fibre according to the micron (diameter of the fibre) and the length. Consistency in diameter and length of the fibre makes for a more uniform yarn thus a yarn with a nice feel to it. We added merino and bamboo to this grade 3 alpaca for extra strength and durability. Content: Alpaca: 65% Other: 25% merino and 10% bamboo
