It is hand cut and sewn together with a wool weave for the outer layer, and is embellished with 2 vintage buttons sewn on the printed leather which is sewn onto a cotton corduroy band. The top is finished with a covered button in the same wool fabric. I preshrink my 100% black cotton flannel for the lining. This makes cozy feeling lining and also eliminates hat hair because all the
