The base is white ceramic (possibly Royal Doulton or Casa Pupo) the shade has been professionally made using some amazing 1960s waffle textured cotton fabric which i think is French

In great condition and comes in it's original plastic bag

but once turned another way it's straight (i don't know the origins of this one at all)

some fading to one side (double sided pattern though

a lovely selection of cups in bold flower design
