Pair it with spicy food or just pair it with the biggest wine glass you’ve got

which somehow still comes off 80 year old vines

The body here is beautifully lean

Almost too many tasting notes to mention, such is the complexity here, but a few standouts are dried pear, hazelnuts and crushed flowers. Elegant, juicy and fresh. Reserve wines from '13 right through to '23. Wow, my mouth just filled with saliva. Weird. ABV: 12%
