There is plenty of that distinct smokiness Henri manages to coax out from his prized parcels. Iron, mineral, and just bloody good Gamay made without any tricks. There is so much going on here, it's almost overwhelming. Dried flowers, Szechuan spice, pine forest. My list of tasting notes for this one went on, and on, and on. I can pretty much still taste this.
