2022 LE CHAOS RED

2021 Syrah Rosé The ferment was took 122021 Syrah Ros. Feingold Vineyards, Sonoma Mountain. The syrah was picked over 3 time over the course of 2 weeks with 3 different protocols. The first was heavily foot treaded in a 40 yr old basket pressed slowly over several hours to yield a dark extracted rose. The second when pressed whole bunch and under extracted (the skins and unpressed grapes went into the first vintage of Le Chaos). The third was free run from crushed and destemmed maceration.
