Boccantino - Negroamaro Salento Scotland Mouth: In the mouth itFine Wine from our Bottle Shop and Taproom: Our Vinoheroes at Masso Antico have produced a cracking organic red wine for us using Negroamaro grapes which are typical from the Puglia region. The grapes were picked by hand, carefully selected and then slowly fermented in tanks over a period of 20 days. The result is a lovely wine with vivid red colour and purple hints. An intense and rich nose, with aromas of blackberry, cherries and plums. Round and
